NetCU online banking allows you secure access to your JACom Credit Union accounts over the internet using your web browser. Set your own banking hours to easily handle your banking needs.

TouchBanking – Mobile Banking.

TouchBanking is a secure, convenient way to access your JACom Credit Union accounts anytime, anywhere, using your mobile device. With TouchBanking, you can check your balances, transfer funds, pay bills, and more!

Credit Sense – Access your FREE credit score and more!

Credit Sense is available to you through NetCU online and mobile banking. Your credit score and credit report are essential information you need as it is important to your financial well-being. You will also have access to credit education and tips where you can manage your credit score and report with confidence.

CO-OP Shared Branch Network – Now over 5,600 Shared Branch Locations!

Even though we love to see you, a visit to JACom Credit Union isn’t always feasible. Happily, with the CO-OP Shared Branch network, you can enjoy in-person service without coming to our office. Make deposits, withdraw cash, make a loan payment, and more!


To access your account at a Shared Branch, you will need your current/valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.) and your JACom Credit Union account/member number. Please be courteous and remember that not all transactions can be performed at a Shared Branch location.

CO-OP ATM Network

Don’t pay fees to get your money! Use your JACom Credit Union ATM or Okane Debit Card to get quick cash. There are over 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs, and 9,000+ will accept deposits. ATM terminals can be found at many credit unions and select retail locations like 7-Eleven® and Costco. Okane Visa Debit Card

Go cashless by using your Okane Visa Debit at stores or online. When using the Okane card, you have two options – Debit or Credit. Debit uses your PIN to pay for a purchase and allows you to get cash back. If you select credit, you sign for your transaction. With either option, the total amount will be deducted from your share draft/checking account.

SecurLOCK Equip – for peace of mind

SecurLOCK Equip allows you to control how, where, and when your Okane Debit or Ri Credit Cards are used via your mobile device. You can turn your card on or off with the touch of a button, control where your cards can be used, receive instant alerts, and more! Download the app on iPhone or download the app on Android.
