Celebrating 75 Years Together

Introducing Our Trusted Contact Program

As part of our ongoing commitment to member protection, JACom Credit Union now offers a Trusted Contact Program.

A trusted contact is someone you authorize us to contact if we are unable to reach you, have concerns about your well-being, or suspect you may be the target of financial exploitation. Your trusted contact is not an owner on your account and cannot make transactions or changes to your account.

Adding a trusted contact is optional, but it can provide an extra layer of protection for you and your finances. Contact us to request a Trusted Contact form.

New Online Banking Security Feature

To help protect your online banking information, JACom Credit Union has added an enhanced login security feature.

When logging into online banking, you may be asked to enter a one-time verification code to confirm your identity. This additional layer of security helps protect your account and replaces the security questions previously used during login.

To ensure you can receive verification codes, please make sure your contact information is up to date. Contact us if you need assistance updating your information.
